I’ve been training with Cam for 5 years. Since working regularly with him I have gained both strength, flexibility and balance, which were my goals. Cancellation Policy

Your time and progress are important to us. To make sure you get the most out of your training, please note the following:

  • Respecting Your Schedule: Each session is booked specifically for you, at a time that fits your plan.

  • Credits for Cancellations: If you need to cancel, you can credit one session per month to the next, provided we have 24 hours' notice. (Exceptions made with a doctor’s note.)

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of your session can’t be credited, but I’ll do my best to reschedule as long as it works for both of us.
